After placing your order, you can expect to receive your BluffCity Tee tracking number within 7-9 business days or as detailed on the product page for your specific item or items. Please remember that if you place your order after hours, it will be entered into the system on the following business day. Our fulfillment departments are closed on weekends and major holidays. If you choose local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is available for pickup from our printer. Please wait to receive this email before trying to pick up your order and please NO phone calls to our printer - they are busy preparing your order! NO ACCESSORIES, HEADWEAR, FOOTWEAR, OR EMBROIDERED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP. If you include one of these items in your order, you will be emailed and asked to send a shipping fee or that portion of your order will be cancelled.
