Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY

Serving YOU is our priority at BLUFFCITYTEE! If you have any questions or comments regarding an order, a tee’s fit or your experience shopping with us, please feel free to send a note over to our Customer Service crew using our Contact Us form. You should hear back from a team member within 24 hours, unless it’s a weekend or a major holiday. 

Apparel is custom printed to order by our local printer and shipped to you directly. Accessories, headwear, footwear, and embroidered items are printed to order by an out-of-state or out-of-country printer and shipped to you directly.  After placing your order, you can expect to receive your BLUFFCITYTEE tracking number within 6-9 business days or as detailed on the product page for your specific item or items.  If you need an order for a specific date that is before or close-to that time frame, please Contact Us before placing your order.

 

Please remember that if you place your order after hours, it will be entered into the system on the following business day. Our fulfillment departments are closed on weekends and major holidays.  If you place your order on the weekend, it will be entered into the system on Monday.  During the holiday season, sales or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer, so we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll get it to you, we promise! We will do our very best to take care of you as quickly and efficiently as possible.  We too, hate waiting!  Thank you for your understanding and patience in advance.

Once fulfilled, you should receive an email from us with a specific USPS or UPS tracking number that will give you real time updates about when your new favorite item will arrive on your doorstep!  If you choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout, this will only speed up the shipping times, it will have no effect on the processing times. 

Unfortunately, we don’t have a store front at this time.  We do hope to have our items in a few local shops and offer local pickup in the coming months, but right now, we are online only. Occasionally, we keep a few shirts on hand for those Grizzlies Game Day emergencies. Give us a shout to inquire.

POLICY FOR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT:

We understand that sometimes orders can get lost in transit despite our best efforts, which is why we have established the following policy.  Before emailing us please try the following:

Step 1: Make sure that the order is actually lost in transit

Find the tracking link in one of our order notification emails and look at the tracking log.

  • If you see limited or no entries in the tracking log, the package was most likely lost in transit (jump to Step 2).

  • If you do see entries in the tracking log:
    This means that your package is still being tracked. According to tracking, it might just be stuck at some point during the delivery. Please give a couple of more days for the package to show up. If the package still hasn’t arrived,
    Contact Us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Step 2: Confirm the shipping address if it’s past the estimated delivery time

May we please ask you to double-check the shipping address you used for this order?

  • If the address was correct:

We’re glad that the address was correct. If your package still hasn’t arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.

  • If the address was incorrect:

We’re sorry to hear that the address was incorrect. The package should be sent back to us and we’ll update the shipping address and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs, so let us know how you’d like to proceed.

Step 3: Send us an email if your order still hasn’t arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date

If the your shipping address was correct and it has been more than 5 days after the estimated delivery date, Contact Us with your order number and tracking information.  We will investigate the issue and provide you with updates on the status of your package and find a resolution for you.  

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for lost in transit packages. However, we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At BLUFFCITYTEE, we take pride in producing high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit or meet your expectations, which is why we have established the following return and exchange policy. Please read the the policy carefully before contacting us.

 

RETURNS:

Because all items are custom printed only when you place your order, we cannot issue refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide us with a few pictures of the problem - one shot closely showing the issue and another taken from farther back so that we can see the item as a whole. If the issue is our fault, we will gladly refund or replace the item at no cost to you. To initiate a return for this reason, please Contact Us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange an item, you have 7 days from delivery to notify us. Because all items are custom printed only when you place your order, we cannot issue a free exchange. However, we want you to love your order and experience with BLUFFCITYTEE, so we will issue a replacement at a discounted rate. You will be responsible for all sales tax and shipping costs, if applicable. To initiate an exchange, please Contact Us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, except in cases where there is a defect or error in the item or order. If the exchange is due to any fault of BLUFFCITYTEE, we will gladly cover the cost of shipping.

 

NOTES:

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in its original condition or has been damaged or used by the customer.

​​POLICY FOR SIZING ISSUES:​
 

At BLUFFCITYTEE, we take great care to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sizing can be an issue when it comes to apparel, which is why we have provided a size chart on all product pages in the product photos, as well as have made notations of possible sizing issues such as "this item runs big" or "this item runs small" in product descriptions.

 

However, please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or free exchanges for sizing issues. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct size before placing their order.

We encourage all customers to review our size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about which size to choose, please Contact Us for assistance. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you choose the best size for you.

If you receive an item that is the wrong size due to a mistake on our part, such as if we shipped the wrong size or if there is a defect in the item, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Sale items are final sale. 

SHIRT FIT:

There is a size chart on the product page for most items -  feel free to check it out and choose the size that is best for you. Many items do run smaller due to their modern fit.  Please check the size chart on each product page and when in doubt, measure a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or tank tank that you currently own and love.  Then compare these measurements to the size chart in order to get the best fit possible.

WASHING YOUR SHIRT:

Most of our apparel is pre-shrunk, however we always recommend following the washing instructions included on your item's tag and hanging or drying our gear on “low,” to avoid any shrinkage.  Plus, this helps to ensure that your favorite shirt will last.
