If you receive an item that is the wrong size due to a mistake on our part, such as if we shipped the wrong size or if there is a defect in the item, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you would like to exchange an item, you have 7 days from delivery to notify us. Because all items are custom printed to order, we cannot issue a free exchange. However, we want you to love your order and experience with BLUFFCITYTEE, so we will issue a replacement at a discounted rate. You will be responsible for all sales tax and shipping costs, if applicable. To initiate an exchange, please Contact Us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.
